STEP 1. There are three ring designs to choose from. Select your ring from the ring drop-down box.
STEP 2. Please scroll < > through the photo slideshow to view charm options.
STEP 3. List your charm selections in the "Add Your Personalization" box. or in notes to the seller upon checkout. If you are having any trouble you can email your ring charm requests as well.
STEP 4. Please let us know the order you would like charms. (otherwise, charms are attached to the ring to create visual balance.)
STEP 5. If you select the disc charm or the bar charm please indicate the single initial you would like hand stamped on your charm in personalization. The bar charm car be stamped with a single initial or an initial with a heart as pictured. Please indicate preference.
PEARL or BIRTHSTONE? If you would like to add a pearl or birthstone (One of the charms can be a birthstone or pearl if you'd like). If you want more than one birthstone, please message to make sure we have them in stock.

- Be mindful that direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or other chemicals may tarnish your L.A. Osborn jewelry.
- Remove your jewelry before going to bed.
- Clean and polish your L.A. Osborn jewelry with the provided soft jewelry polishing cloth.
- Store your L.A. Osborn Jewelry in an air-tight jewelry box or small plastic zip lock bag after use.
- Avoid wearing L.A. Osborn jewelry in the ocean or swimming pools unless marked as water-friendly.

Jewelry Warranty
We provide a 6-month warranty starting from the purchase date, which protects against any defects caused by the manufacturer. Examples of such defects include chain breaking, or disconnecting from the clasp or jump ring. If your item qualifies for the warranty, we will repair it at no cost. However, please note that our warranty does not cover items that were broken due to force, such as accidentally pulling on the chain and causing it to break. If your item does not qualify for the warranty, we may still be able to repair it for a small fee.
